Regarding the nav positioning you will probably need to give the nav
position:absolute; width:100%;
or something along those lines if you really want to stretch it across the whole browser.

Martyna — Sounds like you need the <a

Would you know how to do two things:
1. On a website that I am designing I would like to extend the header to infinity. The header exists only for the home page, and is downloaded from an image in custom folder. How can I do it?
2. Would you have any suggestions how to move the text ( icons like "home","contact" etc) in the nav menu, to the left border of the window, and the "zapisz sie" to the right one, instead of the place they start from now ? the web address is www.ksiazkionlinetanio.pl.
I followed your suggestions about the full width nav menus, and created one for that blog, but the text is a different story.

You need to paste this in custom_functions.php and then your CSS should work:

function custom_body_classes($classes) {
if (is_home())

So you need to use the adding custom body class function in the post and change the class under "is_home()" to "blog", then your CSS should work.

Latrisha — making a page the blog page changes its type in WordPress so it now is the “home page”, as in the blog posts’ home page and the static home page is now the “front page”.
