Happy New Year – Welcome 2008!

Well, in amongst all the end of year posts, 2007 reflections and summaries, and New Year wishes, I was too busy reading and then partying to write my own!

This has been a pretty excellent holiday period for us, we’ve had some down-time, time with family and time with friends. Last night we went to a party at a friend’s place and ventured up the road to watch the fireworks. I took heaps of photos. I only wish I had read these tips on How to Photograph Fireworks first! Some of my photos turned out alright. They’ll be going up on my photoblog soon.

So, here’s me wishing you a pleasant, productive, peaceful 2008!

To kick off the year there is a “Save the Oceans” group writing project happening all month at The Giving Hands. Please check it out.

Aww.. Thanks for the mention, Kris! I hope the group-writing project will benefit the public about the importance of saving our oceans :D

And thanks for your contribution too :D
