Please welcome (by visiting) Rav’N, my renter for the week. She (I think she because there’s a female character in the blog design) has a nice mix of personal posts and thoughtful posts and the Poetry Thursday thing is cool. She is also living in Australia and is a molecular biologist – crazy! I live in Australia and am studying molecular biology, she is Indian/Malaysian, where I am not. :) She also likes Fantasy and Sci-Fi and board games. We would totally be friends if we knew each other! Well, you never can predict those things but hey, maybe… anyways I think the fumes from the stuff that’s in my hair at the moment is making me crazy, I’d better go wash it out. Visit Rav’N!

What a coincidence huh? I knew you were Australian before I put in my rent bid but I didn’t know you were a mol biol student. What year are you in? And whats your main field of interest?

I’m in third year this year. I’m not really sure of my specific interest. I like human things and I like micro, so maybe bacteria and disease or something like that. This semester I’m doing Microbial Genetics, Mol. Bio of Proteins and Nucleic Acids so I guess I’ll see how those go.
