Hello to my new tenant Battlerocker. He was the first bid and I accepted before anyone else got a chance – I might as well have turned on the auto accept! His eloquent writing style caught my attention immediately. I look forward to reading more of his blog! I thought to introduce him I’d steal a bit from his profile – who better could tell us about Battlerocker than himself?
There is nothing interesting about my life except perhaps my total lack of authority to speak meaningfully on any subject whatsoever. I have lived the same life of comfort that virtually all middle class American twenty somethings have shared. To claim any hardship would be an insult to those whose troubles are not experienced in safe, heated homes with running water. However, I am also a selfish, egocentric person, and have accordingly decided that the world needs to hear what I have to say…
We’re all a little selfish I think. I wonder if the most selfish people are those that don’t realise they are selfish at all.
Thanks for taking me in. I will try to keep the music down and clean up after myself. Thank you for your compliment, although I’m not sure I want to try and live up to a billing as ‘eloquent.’ Arrogant, maybe. Then people know what they are paying for. :)
