Mmm, I just made muffins. It was a recipe for blueberry muffins but instead of blueberries I put black cherries and chocolate chips – an idea I actually borrowed from Elsa who made such a thing for our bible study group on Wednesday night. I made them in cupcake-patty pan type things so I didn’t get my muffin trays dirty cos I hate washing those things! Due to the large chunks of cherry they break apart a bit when trying to get them out but that’s alright. I think I may have overestimated how much nutmeg is one teaspoon – either that or one teaspoon of nutmeg is alot… they still taste good though.
Kristarella, I can now say that though I have always wanted to visit Australia, your talk of yummy delicious treats makes me want to visit Australia AND eat at your house….
When you have gone shopping that is. ;)
