My post that was so rudely deleted went something like this:
In the end I had 16 bids for my spare room. It sort of dispelled the discontent I was feeling from so much rejection – not one person has accepted my bids for their spare rooms, but now I feel popular, so many people want to hang out at my place for a week!
I chose The Queen this week because I really like how open and honest she is about her bipolar and also other stuff that is happening in her life. I think that she deserves kudos, or snaps or encouragement, whatever is your thing!
Since all of the blogs that bid were good I’ll mention a few and what I like about them.
Newfie Girl is cool. She’s funny and down to earth and she posts regularly so I visit pretty much everyday – I really should put her in my sidebar.
Mystickal Incense & More Blog is way hot! It is such a cool design and she sells “Oil free bath oil” (among other things). Hehe, I like oxymorons, how funny.
Martijn Vreugde has extremely cool digital designs. “Sooo good!” I will be going back there.
Grand-pa is really funny! He has some good jokes and also a story that was so sweet it made me feel all mushy!
The Dramedy of Life also has a totally cool design!
Neal has a really sweet little daughter and he seems like a really great dad.
Kristen gets bonus points for havng the best name ever! (Ok I might be a. biased and b. exagerating) Also for adding an apostrophe on her blog name in BE.
I think that’s about all for now. Don’t forget to visit The Queen!

I totally know how you feel about all the rejection!! I have been going through the same thing. I have bid on like 9 spaces total and you are the only one that accepted me…
Good luck on getting a listing – I agree, it’s pretty tough. I usually bid on a lot, and get one or two here and there.
Thanks again for the careful consideration!
Thanks Kristarella for the compliment! I would love to say that I did the design but I had it done by GemmaK and Lisa over at Design-a-Blog. They really know what they are doing. I’m computer illiterate. LOL
